this shop makes me severely uncomfortable. had one staff member follow me and my friend around the shop and was very blunt and unhelpful when i asked if they had any highlight caps saying ?no? and just storming away from me and watching me from a distance. i?m not sure if they seen the box of dye i had in my bag that i bought from boots minutes before (better deals and rewards) or what but it?s not an excuse. always better off going to boots if you don?t want to be judged for just trying to look for a damn highlighter cap. the other staff seem really

I get thoroughly fed up with bring overcharged here. The sterimar spray was on offer on price ticket at 6.50 yet receipt was 9.50. now l have to travel back to Minehead it's inconvenient and is not the first time

As I approached to pay, the lady was very rude talking to her co-worker and didn?t even say hello after I greeted her, she was older and had dark hair, I forgot to look at her name tag. I went to use my student discount, which I use every time I go in, I always display my student beans ID, which is valid student ID and I use it every time I go in with no issue, but this lady said it wasn?t valid as you can only use a student lanyard ID and I couldn?t get my discount. I said to her ?I always use it when I come in? but she wouldn?t have it and was very rude. She was almost acting like my discount came out of her pay check, very odd behaviour, taking her job way too seriously if you ask me. If you have valid student ID, you get student discount, I don?t understand where the confusion was. It?s a shame because every other time I?ve been in Superdrug the staff have been very friendly but it?s put me off going in.

Adam was our server today and he was very rude, unpleasant and totally unhelpful. There is absolutely no need for this in a customer service role and we won?t be shopping there again. One star is too much but I couldn?t leave a review with no stars!
