The staff were very attentive and I didn't have to wait too long but although I was satisfied with my treatment and the glasses the case they gave me was of exceptionally poor quality. It seems to be made of cardboard and I feel it will not last very long. This seems to be a cost cutting measure with no reduction in cost.

I have used Specsavers in Minehead for a number of years. When I went in for my latest visit, it had completely changed. It is now an NHS waiting room. You are bossed about and summoned and dismissed and not listened to.
