My husband has known this house since he was a child and now it's been converted to apartments, it is absolutely stunning, the view is breathtaking. . There is nothing that could be improved,.Rooms: Every apartment has incredible views of the whole bay and because it is built on a hill the views include all the surrounding countryside

We had a fabulous stay at Huntingball Lodge. The accommodation was quirky and very clean. The views are absolutely stunning. Forget the telly, your eyes will be drawn to the ever changing view. Watching the sun set over the sea was our favourite evening activity. There is a lot to see in the area and any keen walker will have a fantastic time. Gigi and Roland were fab hosts - very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. We would love to come back. Thank you both for unforgettable stay.

Our apartment was super clean. Really large rooms. Comfortable beds, wonderful views from both bedrooms, and the comfortable lounge, over the bay. Sunsets were a ?WOW?. Such kind helpful people. Thank you Roland and Gigi for all your help when our car needed fixing. We will definitely be back and hated to leave, it?s truly a home from home. Blue Anchor is a quiet spot in this beautiful area of Somerset. So many places to visit, best places are off the beaten track with quaint old villages and steep wooded valleys. Clear streams, old Inns and a couple of exceptional tea room. In Simonsbath look out for Egan?s at Boeveys, daily home baked cakes and bread so delicious, plus the cleanest toilets we?ve ever encountered. Then in Bossington we came across a delightful tea room ?Kitnors Kitchen? again fresh delicious food in a beautiful garden setting. The trip from blue anchor bay on the open top bus to Lynmouth was great. Wonderful views up Porlock Hill over Exmoor and down into the lovely little harbour with loads of eateries and shops, don?t miss a ride on the cliff railway with amazing views too. By the way if you have a bus pass the open top bus trip is free!! Many, many thanks again Roland and Gigi for making our holiday truly special. Carol, Brian, Annie and Annette x

We had a wonderful week. We were on the top floor, 2 bedroom apartment. Lot's of space and well equipped kitchen. Lovely and clean. Nice powerful shower. Quirky coin meter for electricity that had already been filled up on arrival. Very easy access to surrounding area - Minehead, Dunster Castle, Exmoor. Lot's of walks along the beach and a very nice pub in walking distance that served lovely pizza. Ate indoors a couple of evenings. Had a couple of goes at the pitch and putt in the grounds. Would thoroughly recommend this accommodation .Lovely people.

Location for peace and quiet is second to none. Everything about Huntingball is A1. No driving for the duration of our stay as walking in any direction to many different locations is so easy. This was our 17th visit here and hopefully many more down the line

Spotless facilities, Brian and Kim are very friendly and welcoming, a great 18-hole putting green onsite and a fantastic location with plenty of local walks, food and activities within a few miles.My only criticism is that the WiFi signal is quite unreliable, so downtime in the evenings is disrupted a little.

A stunning place to stay. Great views from the apartments that are absolutely spotless and kept to a very high standard with top facilities.
The hosts are incredibly welcoming and offer great advice on things to do and places to see.
We will be coming back again for sure.
An all round great place that I highly recommend.

If I could award 10 stars I would without hesitation. Huntingball is home from home but only better. Brian & Kim are fabulous hosts and work extremely hard to achieve and maintain high standards and over the years of staying there have become firm friends.
The apartments are very comfortable, spotless and contain all you could want or need for your stay. All bed linen, tea towels and towels are provided and are scrupulously clean & fresh. The gardens are a joy to behold and a treat to enjoy. But the "piece de resistance" is the location and the views are beyond any words, priceless. Truly a magnificent place to stay and unwind from the daily grind. A stay at Huntingball will not disappoint.
