From the very beginning Fox and Sons have been very professional and friendly. I had two sales fall through and they worked very hard to secure a sale for me and also a purchase as this was compromised because of the aborted sales.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone who needed a good estate agent. It was an exceptional service.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Food was good but we were rather surprised that there was a very strong Indian emphasis to the menu. Unexpected. However we had a very happy 2.5 hours and we were very well looked after.

Somewhat confused about their negotiating practices. Had submitted an offer on a retirement flat in Minehead which was rejected by the vendor - I have no problem with that. But less than a week later was contacted by the agent by email which seemed they were going to approach the vendor again and just wanted to make sure our offer was still valid. It was and indicated that to the agent that was the case; no acknowledgment, follow-up email, no response, follow-up phone call - agent not available, follow-up email - again agent not available. All the agent had to do was acknowledge the email or take/return the call rather than leave it 3-days before a manager has to bite the bullet and make the call. Communication is not part of their strengths.
