I come down each year and use the gym for a week at a time! Nice use of the space, with that old school feel!! If you know how to train, you just get to it and train!! Atmosphere is one where you can feel comfortable to ask questions also!! I personally love older machines!! They will always work!! Thank you

Brilliant independent gym with lots of heavy weights and machines. The vibe in there is brilliant with really friendly, helpful staff, and some great people who workout there. Beats the big sterile chain gyms any day! And it's really well priced at £30 per month!
