“Our daughter broke down on the way to Dunster from Rugby in the Midlands. I called C&C Motors and spoke to Ashley. He was so helpful and calm. He arranged a recovery vehicle to collect the car and take to their garage. Nothing was too much trouble. Once at the garage Ben diagnosed the battery needed replacing. Within minutes they had got a battery. The following day they squeezed in a MOT (we hadn’t realised it had run out). By soon after 9am the car had been passed its MOT. Absolutely 5 star service. “Honest, Service oriented, Great People. I have taken a VW Bora to them that was overheating due to a serious problem that surfaced on our long journey to Minehead. We had no Choice but to fix the car before returning and trust google reviews. Well Worth it.Even though at first they missed diagnosing one more issue with the heating system by NOT adequately testing it after the job has been done, I took it back to them within 30 minutes and they took responsibility for it and they made sure it is properly fixed the second time around without any extra charge, especially because they may have swapped a part out that was working just fine. I did not mind though because it was a good idea to have a fresh new in it anyway.The second time the car came out perfect for no extra cost. It was very fair. Everyone can make a mistake due to time constraints. Aside of this mistake they work very professional. I wish them success and to keep up the good honest work.”

They went and towed them to garage lent them car to take luggage and family to butlins. They repaired car.they went over and beyond to help him.
