Absolutely appalling customer service -no response to the email address given for contact . Had to finish wallpapering my home and bought one roll of Cole and Son Sea Fern because I ran out and the colour which was supposed to be a rich emerald green was positively anaemic !!! Photos below sent off before Christmas and still no response ! A slight colour change can be expected but this is not a rich colour at all : looks fake !

Horrible experience. I ordered a Fatboy BeanBag beginning November for my son?s birthday and I received it beginning Dec, 2 weeks after his birthday and in an awful shape! I kept following up with customer care, who were not responsive, first their response rate is way too long, they could spend a week before answering, then at first they didn?t even know where my item was at!!! They were even surprised when I told them it arrived. And worse, the beanbag arrived in a cardboard box, without any protection, no plastic, no hygienic wrap..it was dusty, dirty and scratched. They offered to refund and return, which at this point was not possible, cause we were traveling for the holidays and had no time for returns. They offered a gift, then never communicated afterwards, until I re-mailed them, again several days for them to reply, to finally offer me 20% off next purchase!! As if I wish to buy anything from them anymore! A half solution only for them to tick the box that their customer care did offer. something. Bottom line, 2 and a half months after my purchase, I dropped it.. I am obviously very disappointed with their service and do not recommend buying from them.

Courthouse Interiors is an awesome store.They are very good at customer service and keep you informed with both phone and on line communications. Their prices are reasonable and have a great selection of Seletti products. For an international order I was really pleased. The staff go above and beyond. Staff member, Josh, just super with my many questions and my order was delivered two days earlier than expected. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The Beatles, the Wool Industry, and COURTHOUSE INTERIORS do the UK proud.

The website is fantastic to view and delivery was good. My problem is with the famous 'crane' curtains I ordered. Whilst the feel of the fabric is fairly nice, the quality doesn't warrant the price. My main gripe is with the print, you can see pixelation and artifacting on the images; it's as if the pictures were taken from a lower quality jpeg file before being enlarged and printed on the curtains. Whilst I had my eye on many beautiful items on the site, this has soured my experience and I shant risk buying anything further.

Bit disappointed that they use the dreaded Evri for delivery when told on phone order would be fulfilled using DPD. Also took money from account over a week before 'new range' expected in stock so was actually a pre-order.

Ordered a lovely mirror and octopus candle stick. Easy to order arrived very quickly. Good communication, very happy. They are even nicer than expected and bought for a good price. Will definitely use this company again.

This company charge so much more for products. Their crow lamp is for sale at £115.00 I purchased the exact same thing for £40.00 don?t buy before doing your research elsewhere on pricing.

I bought 2 "lipstick" masks from this store online.The material and design are very pretty and of good quality, however I personally find the size of the cloth somewhat small for an average-sized adult and am thus unable to use the product. (Please note that this is my subjective opinion as a 5'7 average-sized female who never experienced any issue with the size of any masks I have purchased from other vendors.)I took the time to relay my feedback to the store in what I thought was a constructive and respectful way, hoping that larger sizes will become available at some point, and felt that I was not returned the same courtesy unfortunately. Instead, I got a somewhat defensive response, implying that the issue must be with my proportions instead of the product and that there are no plans to have larger sizes available in the future.They have lots of lovely items I was looking forward to exploring, but I will not be purchasing again after this experience.The mask in the middle shows the mask purchased from Courthouse Interiors that I have reviewed. The other 2 masks were purchased from 2 different vendors who have offered one "standard" size. The cloth is the same size in the 2 other masks.The top and bottom "standard" sized masks fit fine and in comparison, the S/M sized I have purchased from Courthouse Interiors is too small for me.The main purpose of my initial feedback was not to request a refund, although they have kindly offered this for the unopened package I had - a gesture I appreciated but did not go ahead with as all purchases support a good cause and I decided to view this purchase as a 'donation' even if I can sadly not use the product.I simply wish that my feedback would have been taken on board and hope that in the future they will be more inclusive towards their customers instead of faulting their physical attributes.Material of Customer Shopping
