A group of 7 of us arrived without a reservation for Sunday lunch and we were greeted with a warm welcome. Thank you for being so accommodating so last minute and making room for us to eat. The service was really friendly and the roast was delicious - nice big portions, crispy potatoes and good quality meat. We will 100% be back, have been recommending and will continue to do so. It?s so lovely to see the pub back to life with decent food offerings.

What a beautiful wonderful place staff are amazing dog-friendly and such a beautiful place to visit I would encourage anyone to go and visit this village and pop in to this lovely little pub/B&B I would go back in a heartbeat amazing service I would give more than 5 Stars ??????????

We went to the Gainsborough Arms as a group of 10. We had a lovely carvery with thw choice of chicken, Lamb or beef- lots of vegetables all grown locally. Would reccomend !
