Unbelievable!I get charged for a full pack of wood when I only bought 2 pieces.I check my receipt in the car park because the cost seemed more than expected, realised the chap had made a mistake and charged me for a full pack.Went back in and even though he'd served me literally 5mins ago he couldn't remember and was told he'd have to search my van!!!Scruffy guy I assume was the manager, tells me he doesn't know me so has to treat me as a thief!!I've never been anywhere and treated like this!What happened to customer service and being treated with respect?

It would be nice to one day get to the checkout and not have to share the attention of the teller.One person in font of me being served asked the teller to repeat something only to discover that he was actually speaking to someone on his headset. This happens all the time when I'm being served. Then, today, I'm still paying for my items when the teller asks, "Would you like a hand out with that." I responded only to discover he was talking to someone else.They need to concentrate on the person being served. And remember that to keep customers, they need to treat them well. There are multiple other builders merchants to choose from.

The best Wickes we've been in. Staff, polite friendly and very helpful. While browsing bathrooms we were asked by a lovely young lady if we needed any help, did not feel at all prrsureed. Although we said we're were just at the looking stage she was very happy to answer all our questions and then leave us to continue looking.

Great stock, cheaper than Screwfix, I managed to buy everything I needed and more. Staff were also quick and helpful. It makes a change from the Kingston store where staff weren't so helpful!

Beware - these people decide which items they want to deliver and cancel the rest without any compromise which means you are left having to find items elsewhere abd pay again for delivery.The store duty manager who calls himself 'Mike' appears to have skipped all the customer service training as he thinks cancelling orders and sending a refund 'solves the problem'.I'd avoid these cretins if you value professional service.

I popped In to MSN store today with my son who needed steel toe capped boots,I asked a member of staff named Charlie who was extremely friendly & helpful & gave us advice & personal preference to the product we were buying. I told Charlie my son had just started college but was not enjoying it & is unsure what todo he was extremely kind towards my son & telling him about his personal experience about leaving school he reasured my son told him not to worry he was the same & he is doing well.He also suggested my son drops a CV in & when they are looking for work he will give him a call.Charlie is a great asset to Wicks & I hope he gets recognised for his great work.

On two occasions, I've had to call the MSN branch regarding returns & have spoken to Charlie. While I can't remember the specific details for my first call because it was some time ago, I can remember him. He is a credit to the store & to Wickes. Polite, friendly, helpful, professional & reasonable. Something so rare these days that it's worthy of a special comment. If only customer service was this good everywhere, we'd be a less stressed nation. Being polite & kind costs nothing but a moment of your time yet makes a huge difference.

Went to the store in Midsomer Norton today for garden supplies a very hot Sunday garden bit corndended off and an announcement there was a forklift truck operating and to ask for help from a member of staff this we and quite a few other customers did only to be ignored and for the staff member to walk away saying you will have to wait after 10 minutes we left the store empty handed and little disappointed

Wickes are P***s.Terrible service from their kitchen installation service and getting a refund was a hard time as well. Never using again.

It's got a big range of products depending on the job your doing they will likely have all of the stuff you need.The shop is well layed out so easy to find what your looking for.There is a kitchen and bathroom area with displays.This store has paint mixing available.There is a customer toilet.A great place to get supplies for your DIY projects.

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered online for click and collect, arrive to find one of the items is apparently waiting to be taken off of a pallet. Staff not interested in establishing timescales, after waiting over half an hour we gave up, total rubbish.

Disappointing as they no longer stock garden pots or planters in the store you can order online then pay £7-99 for delivery then wanted some trellis the one i wanted was not available.if it had it would have been £7-99 again delivery costs for 3 pieces of trellis the store is 5mins from my home
