Opening times are poor, not convenient at all and some branches are closed over the weekend. Loan offers are also poor and they don't reward loyalty. Would not recommend.

Awful service. Today it took 2.5 hours to switch accounts. At one point the "assistant" left with my passport and documents and didnt return to the room for 20 minutes. Crazy thing is I had opened the account online, and just needed to give natwest proof of my identity. Instead they closed the account I had opened online (voiding my elegability for the switch promotion) and opened up a new account. For some un-explained reason this account was then closed and ANOTHER opened up! Honestly don't feel like i'm putting my money in a trustworthy place. It was as if they didn't have a clue what was going on, they didn't even know there was a £200 switching promotion and had to look it up on the natwest website. Totally unprofessional.
