Two new much brighter headlamps were needed on my little Kia.He advised on the parts needed and quoted an £18 fitting fee. The fitting was very tricky because of there being next to no hand room, but with time and a second person everything was finished well.I?m extremely impressed and pleased in all respects.

I was delighted with the help that I received from Halfords Midsomer Norton. I went with 2 new Keys for a Renault with no idea how to open and replace batteries. The person I dealt with opened it easily, showed me how to do it myself in the future and sent me on my way satisfied that I then had 2 functional ignition keys.

Went into Midsomer Norton branch for emergency wiper blades. Mike/Mark (not sure of which name he has)was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Discussed which wiper blades we needed. The guy who fitted them was so helpful and no damage was made to the car. Thank you guys. Exceptional service.

Had a free air con check up which is great. Told it's fine and just need a refill so said yes to the £50 service. Worked for one day of using the car and air con stopped being cold again. Went back and now told I have a leak so I now need a more expensive repair elsewhere. Didn't get an answer why I was told it was fine at first but also did not get a refund as it was fine the first time it was checked and topped up. ONE DAY! I was expecting better customer service as the top up was a shake of a cannister for £50!!

Drove down here from Bristol as it was the quickest appointment. I was impressed with the level and detail of service, dashcam fitted without hassle. She even showed me how to use the camera and checked everything was OK before I drove back. Would come back again.
