Awful.
I ordered through app for a delivery scheduled for14:30 (giving 2 hours notice). When it hadn't arrived by 14:45, I called the store and was blatantly lied to. They claimed to have attempted to deliver and that nobody answered. I have a Ring Doorbell and can see that nobody made any such attempt.

I knew this was going to be awful, but why on earth do people spend money on this rubbish?
I haven?t had a Dominos Pizza for over 5 years, but my mate insisted we order one evening. Big mistake!
Over 1k calories and zero taste!

Pizza not too bad but we ordered the chicken kickers also.I will not order these again,soggy batter zero flavour and one piece of the chicken felt like it was under cooked when I bit into it then quickly spat it out.

Unfortunately, my experience at Domino's Pizza was quite disappointing. The staff was rude and unhelpful, failing to provide basic amenities like tissue and even denying access to the restroom. Such poor customer service is unacceptable. I hope they can improve their attitude towards customers in the future."

Tried to order a delivery which has been done numerous times before. I was told the delivery areas have changed. I was abruptly offered a free drink if I collected. I cancelled the order which meant a wait for a refund. The manager I spoke to was so rude it was literally the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I logged a complaint on line and the response wasn't great. Congratulations you have lost a customer for life with the way this has been handled.

Order was fast and food was nice and hot. However, when I opened my pizza box, to my surprise it was missing an entire slice of the pizza, was not very happy with this as I?m guessing someone ate my pizza.

Ordered online. The online tracker progressed quickly. It advised me my order was delivered even though it hadn't arrived. I rang to ask what happened to my order, the man on the other end 'appeared' to not understand me, Judging from other reviews here I'm not convinced. He finally advised it would be with me in 10 minutes. I only live 10 minutes drive from the shop. It took over half an hour to arrive from the point the tracker said it had been delivered! The pizza was mediocre, not worth the £23 it apparently costs without the discount! I'd rather be given an honest response if they are struggling to get orders out quickly, I can deal with that. I don't like dishonesty so will not be bothering with Papa John's at Midsomer Norton again. Soz.

The food was hot and on time and the delivery man was great.Unfortunately, one of the pizzas and the garlic bread had (salad) pepper pieces on it...when phoning in the staff couldn't have been less interested or concerned as there's a caveat on the app and website.... phew, can rest easy now.
