We popped in for coffee with my son after nursery, the staff behind the till went above and beyond for my little one, he asked for some milk so they put chocolate dusting on top with a straw and made a real fuss of him. They are always friendly and have smiles on their faces during work which is something you rarely see these days. Customer service 5*

Used to here without fail ,However last year or so has gone right down hill Costa is expensive at the best of times however,Miserable staff moaning amongst themselves don't even smile when they take your money WiFi is pretty much always down Will be taking my custom away ? Shame as I used to be a regular.

Great place but shame about staff. Have not met a more miserable unhelpful group of people before in my life. Maybe they should be taught to smile and serve customers rather than chat. They also need to learn how to clean the spoons as they have more tea on them than in my cup. Shame really as would be a great place to meet up after shopping.

I came in the other day as a regular and the staff member who served me remembered my order..skinny caramel cortado..they're polite, helpful and provide good costa service, the area could do with more larger retailers in the high street.
Kid-friendliness: I have 3 children, one with autism, staff here are really good talking to them.

Really friendly service and good drinks. I?d asked to sit in and was given a takeaway cup though. It?s great that they have power sockets to plug in chargers etc, and lots of seating available, though felt a little cramped due to this as it was a busy Saturday afternoon. I stayed a while and studied/read/journaled with headphones in. Enjoying my coconut latte a lot, and a caramel wafer
