We popped in for coffee with my son after nursery, the staff behind the till went above and beyond for my little one, he asked for some milk so they put chocolate dusting on top with a straw and made a real fuss of him. Used to here without fail ,However last year or so has gone right down hill Costa is expensive at the best of times however,Miserable staff moaning amongst themselves don't even smile when they take your money WiFi is pretty much always down Will be taking my custom away ? Shame as I used to be a regular.
