I rented a mailbox from Parrett Storage for a number of years. The service was always very friendly, professional and trustworthy. There was prompt and courteous communication via email, including alerting me to the occasional large delivery that they received on my behalf. Parrett Storage is an excellent choice if you are looking for a local mailbox to rent.

The service we received from John at Parrett Storage was second to none! After successfully ordering wine boxes from 3 other suppliers, only to find out on the day they were due to arrive that they'd "gone out of stock the day you ordered them" we were in a pickle to get our wine gifts out in time for a Christmas arrival. We spoke to John at Parrett who confirmed they were in stock and if we processed the payment online quickly, he'd make sure they were packed and on the shipment which was due to go out at 4pm. This was at 3.50pm!! He then messaged us 5 minutes later to confirm the parcel was shipped and it arrived the following day as promised. The boxes were excellent quality and no more expensive than the other non-delivered orders we'd paid for. Thank you Parrett, you were a life saver that day! Customer Service at it's best.

What a find! Local, friendly and professional. Storage facility caters for all types (we needed to store a few boxes prior to moving house and so opted for one of the smallest units). Security was good with obvious cameras, swipe card entry and own padlock on unit. Moving in, access to unit during and moving out were all managed expertly with nothing being too much trouble for the owner. I already have and will continue to mention this fantastic facility to anyone looking for a storage solution.

Exceptional service from John at Parrett Storage. We needed to store furniture and boxes prior to a house move. The dates kept changing and John was so accommodating and helpful. Can?t recommend highly enough.
