Very nice staff and the curry I had for dinner was second to none, my room however was not so good, there was a huge rip in the carpet under the bed, and on to the location,
it does get a bit sketchy at night but anything up till 8pm and it?s fine
Walkability: Very close to beach

Not the best. Half the dinner menu was not available.
Breakfast was worse, hardly any morning goods available. Hot food was awful, dried black scrambled eggs, dried greasy bacon etc, etc.

Fantastic location for Seaton and the seafront. Hotel was clean and the rooms spacious. Seems to be running on minimal staff; we felt sorry for the staff that were there as they seemed to be doing 3 jobs at once.
Breakfast was poor so we wouldn't choice to pay for it again there - very little hot food available. The young chef was working hard though to keep up.
Walkability: Very close to town and beach.

Stayed two nights charged us extortionate prices from stay to parking fees £232 stay put parking fees up by £4 to £7 per night and then expect you to pay for meals on top yet they keep saying stay for £ 45 a night well stop charging excessive prices then and stick to £45 a night regardless of time of year parking should be free for guests and breakfast thrown on for £232 for two nights and £14 parking charges look to stay elsewhere unless fees come down in price as only one set of towels for two people and one tea bag and one coffee each so got our own supplies instead not good they need to think about this and take this complaint seriously we were not happy as came down from Suffolk as father in law unwell and having mini strokes so it added to our problems soft pillows what a joke more like boulders to think we came here frequently not sure where we will stay next time but not at premier inn plenty of other places we can stay at for better and cheaper prices should be refunded half the price we paid as got our own tea and coffee and breakfast supplies thank goodness Tescos nearby I doubt our complaint will be looked at or heard customers complaints should be heard and dealt with and guests next door thumping loudly on the wall waking us up after a long tiring drive down angry and upset due to this not happy at all angry does not even cut it that really angered us extremely
Safety: Feel safe at night when you are in hotel
Walkability: Close to the beach five minute walk away and the river Axe close by
Noteworthy details: Has Tesco for all your holiday essentials straight across from hotel and tourist attractions close by cafes restaurants and pubs around the town

Stayed here while visiting Lyme Regis and Charmouth, sadly we didn't visit Seaton Beach, mostly due to bad weather but would very much like to come back in better seasons. Located conveniently next to Tescos and having a good size car park with multiple electric car chargers, we found it a nice base during our stay. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner on 2 of our 4 nights, the meal deal is well worth it.
Seeming to be a trend in hospitality is overworking staff who deserve a lot of praise and money for all that they do.
The internet is being upgraded, will be very welcomed to future guests. Hoping the showers do soon.
Rooms: They have good, quiet AC! Standard room layout with purple ambient bed light. TV doesn't have interface panel so you can't plug anything into it.
Walkability: Easy walk to beach, Tesco and local food spots. Definitely go to the Hong Kong Chinese!
Food and drinks: Meal deal with 2 course dinner and a drink plus unlimited breakfast is great value. Go for this.

I'd like to start by saying the staff are great but the cleanliness of the rooms is not good enough it feels like premier are running the site down to flog it on

Been here multiple times and the rooms are always nice & clean and staff helpful and friendly,
Came again bank holiday weekend, seems as if they struggle to cater for amount of people using the restaurant as every time we?ve eaten here we?re told when seated that there are multiple things they didn?t have on the dinner menu - always seems to be the pizza + various other meals which is a shame but there?s other alternatives so not a huge issue however not as much if your vegetarian/vegan and was quite a while wait for food but it is a small restaurant with only 1-2 chefs and it was a bank holiday and was very busy so is understandable.
+++ saw a lot of reviews saying they had no tea bags in the rooms, may not be some but you can just take a trip down to reception and theres a stand with coffee and tea etc ?? plus can also just ask the staff and they?d be more than happy to get you some so it?s not a problem!!
Rooms: clean and kept well maintained
Walkability: 1-2 minute walk to tesco
5-10 minute walk to beach + seaside shops
Food and drinks: £9.99 for continental breakfast (all you can eat excluding hot meals) lots of choice to eat so suits everyone. Kids go free
Bar in the restaurant area and have wide range of drinks
Food nice - lots to choose from - when they don?t have things out of stock !

A great location near to all points of interest in the town. Room was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable. There was an issue with the bathroom when I arrived in that it wasn't cleaned thoroughly e.g. the shower head was filthy and the back of the toilet was dirty. But after pointing this out at reception someone came to replace the shower head and clean the toilet. A bit of an odd set up with cleaning the room...they only clean if you let reception know by noon every day. Bins are not emptied unless you leave them outside your room in the morning. Could be a security thing or something, but who knows, I found it odd. Parking is charged at £7 per night, so be aware of that. Inform reception as you arrive and they'll give you a voucher to scan.

Stayed 1 night. Never been to Seaton before. Hotel perfect for town not too far to walk.
We only got 1 towel, but they gave us another. Shower not a power shower like Swansea. But cleaner and good parking.Beds comfy.

2 mins from the beach. Loads of parking. Town centre 5mins away. Great location.
Walkability: Everything is nearby. 2 mins from the beach, 5 mins from town centre. About 10mins walk away is the start of a 7 mile walk beach cliff walk to Lyme Regis. Quiet and scenic. Lovely

Premier Inn seem to believe that disabled people don't have families and so make the booking process extremely difficult. First we had to ring the hotel to make sure they had availability, then we had to book a family room online, then we had to phone the hotel back to tell them about the booking and ask them to make it into an accessible room.
We were also told that the restaurant wasn't busy and we would be able to look at the menu when we arrived to see if there were things our very particular children would eat.
We arrived and checked in (which took ages as the check in machines were out of order) and were told there would be a wait for our room as we had requested a specific room and that one had not been cleaned at that point. We spent that time looking at the restaurant menu, only to be told that it was fully booked (meaning we had to drive 45 minutes away Exeter to find somewhere to eat). When we got back to the hotel room, with two VERY tired children we got them tucked into bed and I discovered that our room wasn't actually an accessible room after all. It was too late to change by that point, but not being able to access the bathroom in our room was a major issue. Thankfully we were only there one night.
When we pointed out to the receptions raff that we were supposed to have been given a wheelchair accessible room we were brushed off with a "oh we didn't know, sorry." So our phone calls were for nothing, and as I was sitting in my wheelchair when we checked in (and at all times!), you would think someone would have twigged that we needed an accessible room. And when we asked who to make a complaint to we were given a card to leave a review on Google or TripAdvisor...
