The farm run occasional events with live music and food. This was one of those events. Great music, great tacos and a gorgeous, laid back atmosphere. £3.50 a pint of draught cider it's amazing value for money ??

I was looking forward to tasting a few things and taking home a hoard of wonderful cider! However in reality, a stroppy staff member eventually responded to the door bell we had to ring 3 times for ?service? and I was rather reluctantly sold a few small bottles of cider. If you don?t want customers - don?t say you?re open! Such a disappointment. I give them 2 stars because the tree on the hill opposite has a lovely view.

Visiting the UK from Tasmania and the visit to Burrow Hill was by far the best day that I have spent during a 4 week trip. Thanks to Matilda, Julian, Nick and the team for the warm and generous welcome. It was a dream come true to walk through the orchard of standards, to taste the cider and cider brandy. I highly recommend a visit to Burrow Hill and will return as soon as possible.

The history and the future of cider production are on display here. You can also spend some time watching the apples grow in their wonderful orchards.

Amazinggg! You have to visit burrow hill cider farm even for the service alone. Really chatty and friendly atmosphere and were talked through each and every drink we were remotely interested in. They weren?t shy with samples either! We didn?t book on a tour but found the place merely by chance and we?re encouraged to walk through the farmyard where it really tells it?s own story. We bought plenty of cider (Ice cider was fab) and they sell lovely fruit liquor too.Do not miss this place off your list!

If you love cider you have to come here. I sadly went towards the end of the day and could not see much of the orchards anymore, but the farm shop is amazing and the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Returned home very happy with lots of goods from the shop.

I came for the cider making course with my family and it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Great day of tasting and picking apples, learning about the cider making process and tasting beautifully crafted cider and cider brandy. Would highly recommend. Thank you for the warm hospitality and educational day.

Absolutely brilliant. Fantastic experience. Very friendly staff, they showed us around and went into great detail about their cider and distilling process. Then we sampled their produce. We tried all the ciders, their brandy, and my favourite was the Pomona, similar to a port. I bought a bottle of that. The sparkling Perry is amazing too, wish I bought more.

We went to one of their Saturday lunchtime music and food events. We really enjoyed sitting under the trees in the orchard with a drink (the medium cider is really good and there was a selection of other offerings, both alcoholic and soft). On the day we went the food was by Pizza Nom Nom and was very good although they were very busy so there was quite a delay. I really felt for the guy cooking the pizza in a small space next to an incredibly hot oven on a very hot and sunny afternoon. The short walk up Burrow Hill is worth doing for the great views.
