N8ce hotel. Friendly service and clean rooms but breakfast food run out one hour before end of breakfast time.
And the ultimate wifi is slow as hell. 2mbit instead of 4 to 8. Waste of money. I will try to refund.

Rooms are what you'd expect for a Premier Inn.
Lovely people serving in the quaint pub next door.
Rural location.
Do not stay here if you need a phone signal. The hotel wifi is also non-existent , even an upgrade to Ultimate is no better. Not the hotels fault, but the terrible provider.

Stayed here a number of times and every time the staff are so pleasant! I rarely write reviews but the staff here deserve a good shout out.
Especially the manager/receptionist that helped me out yesterday.

Would absolutely stay here again the staff in the hotel were absolutely lovely, it was clean, smelt fresh ect. The customer service was second to none both staff on reception for the different shifts could not do enough for you.

A really good stay at Lympsham. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The pub next door has really great food and the breakfast was lovely. The rooms are tidy and immaculate. Nice and quiet hotel. The wifi wasnt great but it's a minor issue.

Probably the WORST Premier Inn, in the UK. Really sad as the staff were fantastic, but seemingly always trying their best to make up for the awful state of the building. This should be pulled down and made anew. Really sad as the staff, food, atmosphere were brilliant

Greeted by Mary, who made me feel valued and gave a very efficient and professional service.
