Recently rebranded/changed management. Menu pretty much the same as before including prices despite portion sizes halved and ingredient quality significantly reduced. Came for lunch today as we rave about the food here (worth the high price point), but was very disappointed with what arrived at our table. Huge shame as this was a regular for us.
To be reasonable, the food is still okay but not worth the price anymore.

Lovely surroundings, nice staff and fast service BUT ridiculous prices. Wanting a cold drink I chose the apple and pear juice, £2.95 - I expected a bottle, no - it was a tiny 200ml kids carton. Nearly £9 for the house salad which was a large amount of rocket with a few slices of sundried tomato. Unfortunately we just felt 'ripped off' and though we would visit the Estate again, we would take a picnic.

I was astonished by the price for what I got. The cheddar and plum tomato toastie - was just that, what looked like processed cheddar and tomato in two slices of bread and toasted. No side salad garnish or crisps ( what we usually get with this snack) for £9.50 !!!
Staff were pleasant though.

Americano with oat milk gone up from £2.50 to £3.30 in the space of a couple of weeks. Ridiculous and wrong direction charging extra for plant based milk. Used to come for a coffee literally every weekend, will now be bringing my own.

Caters poorly to vegan/dairy intolerant requirements. Impatient staff.

Unfortunately recently the menu has deteriorated to the point of it resembling a motorway lay-by cafe..unless you want ?olives & bread? and ?sourdough toast?. They use to do an amazing mushroom, egg on toast..but no more. Coffee good though.
Tip: Pack a lunch if visiting Ashton court and enjoy their coffee

My partner and I recently visited ahead of a dog walk round the grounds, which are lovely by the way. We ordered two sausage sandwiches and two cans of pop, at the till the bill was £15.25. The sausage sandwiches were atrocious. Two pieces of granary bread with two very thin cheap sausages between them. My partner tried hers and deemed it almost inedible, I didn?t even bother, we both complained and got our money back. £5.25 a sandwich and there was approximately 50p worth of ingredients on the plate. Low quality and overpriced, the two worst combinations.

Food was dry and over priced. Sandwiches are actually toasted and had to ask for butter! Iced chocolate tasted horrible! When the girl brought our food to the table, she just plonked it down and walked off! Said thankyou to her back! The girls at the till wee nice and that's the 2 stars! Sausage sandwich was 2 sausages cut in half. Bacon sandwich was cold and bacon so dry! Nearly 40 quid! Take a picnic honestly!!

They served better food and drinks than I thought! They have a nice outdoor seating area or you can simply take your food to your picnic area. The food was lovely and service was great :) Lovely to go on a stroll after.

Visited here today not a wheelchair friendly place most establishments like this have a wooden walkway to compensate for the cobbles. Would never visit again as trying to visit alone is ne er the best idea . Something needs to be done about it as it can be a fire hazard to a wheelchair user if anything was to happen in an emergency

We walked to Ashton Court via the Clifton Suspension bridge. After the morning stroll, a gorgeous breakfast awaited. The cafe was more crowded than usual because of the Saturday morning?s 5km run. The queue moved smoothly along and we did not have to wait too long for our food. We had the sourdough toasties - cheddar & plum tomatoes and pastrami; mushrooms on toast and avocado on toast. All were superb! A hearty and sumptuous breakfast indeed.

Lovely cafe with toilets just outside. Great place to stop after a walk around. We enjoyed the soup of the day (£5.95, so a fair price) which was carrot, chickpea and sumac, and served with sourdough and butter. It was absolutely delicious! There's a few long bench seats inside like stables which are really nice, and then there's a range of other smaller tables inside, and a bunch of tables outside.

Thank you to the team at The Courtyard Cafe. My daughter sustained a cut to her face on Saturday afternoon whilst playing in the grounds (beware of hitting gravel with your face!) and the staff at the cafe were calm and helpful, providing a well stocked first aid kit to help us. It is much appreciated.

Great vegan options and quick turnaround on food too. Excellent service. Recommended for a post ride/walk/run snack!
