Impeccable service but as with ALL forecourts these days, prices outrageous.

It's a good garage but very rude customer service. More than one occasion had to wait for her to make her tea and restock the shelves. We come here before work no need for her attitude.

Went to this garage, as me tyres were getting low. I had to get a code from the shop, and paid 50p. I typed the code, then machine starts whirling noises, before I had a chance to type in the pressure. I did two front tyres but couldn't hear the beeping sound, as it was very faint. By the time I got round to do the back tyres, machine stopped, time ran out! So I told the woman what happened? She said "oh, I don't know what's going on? Did you take the valve caps off first?" Duh.....does she think I'm that stupid? Cause I took the caps off first, before doing the pressure. I had to pay another 50p again. Machine didn't sound healthy.Today, after work, I had to re-do the tyre pressure, at Tesco, Yeovil. The warning signs were displayed in me car, which meant the Shires garage tyre pressure machine didn't work properly. So I wasted £1 for nothing! The whirling noise I heard, sounded like a washing machine spinning, where it jumps!I've used the Tesco air pressure before, and I type in the pressure, before I pay, which means it gives me longer to do all four tyres, before the machine stops. It's a good system, cos you put yr debit card in, to pay. It saves time, when yr trying to find coins, or if you don't have coins? The machine was still working when I finished all the tyres.I shan't be using the Shires garage air pressure again. They need to sort the machine out and get a new one, especially with a system where you type yr pressure first, before paying.Thumbs up for Tesco ?.
