Called here today as we decided to stay at our caravan another 3 day's but my partner had run out of his regular medication, the staff and pharmacist were very friendly and helpful. The pharmacist suggested to firstly try the local surgery to get a prescription because being over 60 he wouldn't have to pay for the medication, she said that if the surgery refused then she could do a emergency supply for the medication and we would have to pay the prescription charge which was absolutely fine by us. The surgery did refuse to do a prescription so we got the medication from the pharmacy. Thankyou so much to the pharmacist and her staff for a pleasant and prompt service you are a credit to Boots ??

Went to Boots Langport this morning wanted to pick a rapid lateral flow test showed the shop assistant the collection code reference I received from Gov UK website, she told me that their delivery never turned up, well that's not her thought but then got on her high horse, saying that a code is not a grantee right for a collection of a test try again but she was not polite, when saying it , sad thing is it did not worry me about Boots not having the tests and was happy to come back. She Really needs training in customer care via

While the staff are somewhat friendly and occasionally helpful. Boots langport is frustrating. The communication between Boots and the doctors is dreadful. Spent an hour going back and forth until i finally got the prescription. This seems to be a regular occurrence for our family. Then you have the days where you wait and wait only too find out they don't have stock. Often get 'we don't have a prescription in that name".Then when you ask them too double check, they do infact have that prescription but apparently can't read anymore. Slightly concerning when they are issuing prescribed medications. We prefer Somerton now as it's far more reliable.

The staff are friendly and polite.Sell a lot of basic essentials small boots with a consultant roomBut there always seems to be a problem 9 times out 10 ' gp not sent it' ' don't have it' 'it's not ready'.

Amazing service by Dan and his team at Langport. Without going in depth to much I had an issue with a product from an online order being incorrectly sent every time.Dan took it upon himself to sort this issue that involved other members of his staff to get me the correct item. I didn't have to really do anything other than wait for a phone call from Dan then collect said item when it arrived. Simply put this is customer service at its highest level.Other companies should take note and follow this level of service.Thank you once again.

9 times out of 10 prescription never ready even when get a text message saying it is ready or that items missing and told to contact Dr's then when proof of prescription being sent over then always get told that it only came in that morning and won't be ready for another day. On other occasions only get given half of items as rest are normally stored seperate and they don't check properly and just say that's all there is. Makes the notification service absolutely pointless and that it requires multiple visits. Would recommend getting script directly from Dr's and going direct to an alternative pharmacy as when I have done this on occasions I have never had any issues, they only occur when it gets send electronically. The price of convenience actually equals inconvenience.
