Not at all happy. Looking forward to a nice piece of steak but was sold something that was more like stewing steak.So tough I couldn’t eat it!

Disgracefully rude to an old lady in the queue in front of me. Then proceeded to joke amongst themselves about her, laughing loudly and looking round at her. Abhorrent behaviour. This is how they think they can treat customers. Everyone in the queue shared shocked looks. I imagine they lost a few customers that day.
