Party of 6 of us for my sisters birthday. All our meals were delicious, hot and all came out at exactly the same time. Our server, Rob, was very professional, attentive and polite. Looking forward to eating there again in the near future

Food was not very good. My wife left most of the meal. Food was bland felt like it had been precooked then heated back up. Food had a strange taste. Chicken was a strange texture and taste. Just not a pleasant experience and wanted to leave as quickly as possible.

For my sisters birthday we went to stag and hounds. The staff were amazing, especially since they had to deal with a family of 18. The waiter was amazing and polite and the staff at the bar were friendly and funny. The food was incredible as always and i loved using the pool table. Overall it was an awsome experience and i would 100% go back again.

Whilst the staff were friendly, the choice of menu was extremely poor. There was no fish, the mixed grill was not available and when I went to order the gammon I was told they had no eggs! They also had run out of the soft drink I wanted. I was with a large party and some of the meals had items missing, which the staff supplied after this was challenged.
Earlier in the year I went to a Marstons in Crawley and the food there was appalling.
I have been going to The Stag and Hounds for 30 years and this is the poorest experience I have had there. I and my friends will be looking for somewhere else to meet.

The staff were really friendly, polite and professional.
The woman (young) who served us at first, was even dusting the furniture, as it was quiet when we arrived at just after 5pm on. The young man was good too, on Wednesday 11th June.

Staff were very polite and helpful, the restaurant area was very clean and well organised. The whole experience was great and the food was good. The items on the kids menu were very good value for 2 small fussy eaters. Have not been here for around 10 years and this seems like it is managed very well. Thank-you

Came into this pub today for a meal after a morning out I noticed they did a dog menu wich I thought was absolutely brilliant we ordered our meal wich was a steak meal omg our meal was absolutely beautiful steak spot on I will be back again soon also the service was spot on as well very friendly and more so very dog friendly xx im still amazed about the dog menu I love it x
