Posting on behalf of my wife - My wife pre booked for a French polish - arrived in plenty of time - was attended to by Jane who said that she didn?t have time to complete it and just had enough time to do a basic polish ( A reduction in cost was given however . The whole service was rushed and ?bashed out? totally inattentive - so much so was in pain during the service - Jane was aware as my wife kept flinching in pain - nails are now rough split and sore - altogether a poor service by someone who clearly couldn?t be bothered - maybe an off day? But poor attitude all round

I?ve been a customer of Tiger Lilly for a number of years and always enjoyed the treatments, so I can?t fault that. I booked online through Treatwell and was called and asked to cancel this so that they could earn 100% of the money, to which I agreed. On the same call I offered to pay in full, well in advance of the appointment. Unfortunately their system was slow and taking too long, I had a meeting so could not stay on the call to make the payment. Over the next few days my diary was full of meetings so I was unable to take calls. I had repeated missed calls and text message demands to pay and call back. I replied to messages explaining I was in back to back meetings but that made no difference. I called this morning to pay, but sadly the manger was very rude and unkind, so at this point I have no desire to utilise their services going forward. It?s a real shame and very disappointing that the customer service has been non existent here. I was looking forward to a massage after a very busy week! Maybe an online payment system would help, so that busy customers have another way to pay by card in advance, so they they have the protection of paying by card. Bank transfer offers no protection to customers unfortunately.
