The hotel was very efficiently run. All the staff were very couteous and friendly. Breakfast was freshly cooked and there were a good range od cereals and fruit juices as well. The room were comfortable and clean and all had ensuite facilities. There was a small bar and a really well kept beer garden. We enjoyed our weekend... read full comment

Excellent stay and the staff were perfect, plane was delayed so I missed the evening meal but the chef made me a sandwich for my arrival, I had to leave early for business but the staff went out there way to make sure I got breakfast before I left, I will definitely return whenever I'm in Bristol on business and I would... read full comment

Maybe it was the timing but the meals were not the best . A large party were served before us and meals looked amazing .ours how ever were not.. I had one squashed roast potatoe under a mountain of turkey and some very wet sweet potatoes..one carrot and a piece of broccoli Very disappointed in it. Beef meals were similar... read full comment
