Not impressed with this visit. Staff, one man in particular was abrupt and rude. Banging dishes and glasses on table, everything seemed too much trouble. As soon as last person finished eating the bill was slapped down on table. When bill was payed the lights were switched off. Restaurant was supposed to be open until 11pm but waiter stood with door open at 10pm. As the last member of our group stepped outside he closed door nearly hitting her ankles.
Food was OK but wouldn't rush to go back. This is worst service I've had in a Restaurant.

Food not worth the money,, Ambience was good, but had to wait a long time after ordering food, the total bill was more expensive compared to other restaurants.. Never visit again

Was at a pre booked meal and deposit paid. We had our food which was just ok, and some courses were slow to be served. As soon as we finished, bill was placed on the table. The ladies on the table were given a rose each. Thought what a lovely gesture only to be told it?s because we need your table. No mention of this when we books.we were there for 1 hr 45 mins. The bill was paid and straightaway they were holding the door open and looking at us waiting for us to go. Will not be returning. Poor poor poor customer service

Just had a takeaway. What a massive disappointment. Bland bland bland. Bland chicken bhuna bland potato side dishes with vile tasting cauliflower and all dishes really oily. Even the mushroom rice was nasty. Best thing was the garlic nan. So disappointing as we have eaten in the restaurant before and enjoyed the food. Not sure what happened tonight in the kitchen but overall left a nasty taste in my mouth - literally

AVOID AVOID!!!What a disgrace order placed over 2 hours ago (it?s a Monday not exactly prime time) and it still hasn?t showed up rang up for a update to be told there was a accident outside the shop (There was no accident) it would be 15 mins , 20 mins later it?s still not here ring back up ohh it?s just left 2 mins ago the driver has 2 delivery?s before you, the reason for the delay this time is the chef didn?t turn up (what a joke) sat here now it?s been 2 hours no food shame that our usual curry house Cinnamon is closed on a Monday absloutely terrible customer service the guy on the phone didn?t care as he ?done his bit? no sympathy not even a sorry AVOID AVOID!!! GO TO CINNAMON UP THE ROAD INSTEAD

I called in for a takeaway. Lamb karhai. Meat very tough and sauce pretty tasteless. Won't be going there again.

Clear improvement since my last visit.
Really attentive staff and prompt service.
Very much enjoyed both the starter and main meal.
Chilled Bangla always adds to the occasion.
When you are working away you need to return to a regular haunt.

Food was very nice but wouldn?t expect you to charge me £5 for a pot of Mango Chutney after first serving me one with a long black head hair in it? Pretty disgusting but apparently not your fault because nobody who works there has long hair?
Poor service and response to my obvious disgust at this which is a shame as I would?ve liked to have returned in the future.
Hopefully you can take this feedback constructively for how you treat future customers.

Lovely food but the restaurant was being plastered and redecorated and didn't really provide much of an atmosphere. Felt maybe they should have closed for a day of so until finished, rather than expect customers to eat whilst work in progress.
