Worse shop ever. Long queues, no self service and some staff total clueless. Staff can see queues have built but can't be bothered to jump on the till. Totally useless managers, who when they can be bothered, jump on a till and say 'anyone waiting?' Duh why do you think we're all queuing lol

Lovely staff. However, vege options for sandwiches and baguettes very limited. I prefer to buy my lunch at a bakery down the road.

Good evening all without exception at all times when I have cold to purchase items from Sainsbury's at Keynsham the service has been excellent the staff are of the best maybe you have to pay an odd penny or two two more more than shops that do not give any form of service you are are a pleasure to come to I am in my 80s and and shopping is one of the few things I still can do I choose to come to Sainsbury's later in the day it is a pleasure to meet such polite staff

Scarlet the manager here is sooo helpful, really friendly and very polite even after my endless stupid quistions relating to my argos order.... Very very impressed, outstanding coustemer service. I can see from previous reviews that with great management excellent coustemer service comes from all the staff. ?

For a smaller Sainsburys, I got a surprising range of goods here, especially after the recent panic-buying situation. Very friendly and the staff are very willing to pack for you - you don't find that that often these days. Handy spot. Only thing was, I couldn't find rosst beef dinners for my Dad - but that's the same everywhere at the moment. It's handy to have the seat outside to sit on afterwards, especially if the shopping is heavy.

Great little store! I do most of my shopping here. Plenty of choice for a small supermarket and the staff are some of the friendliest people I know.
