The opening times of this branch are not inclusive to those who work throughout the week. The service is extremely slow in standstill queue. A quick trip to the post office can take up to 30 minutes just waiting. Such a frustrating and depressing place to waste my Saturday morning in.

WHEN its open, the staff are helpful, although generally there are queues, however, this week alone, they have been closed on two days, im wondering, is this a sign of things to come, ie, closing it down completely, its bad enough that nearly all the banks have gone. now the post office is struggling

Super understaffed and always really busy.The normally sole member of staff is friendly but clearly overworked.This normally results in a queue of customers leading out the door before they close crazy early

There is usually only one member of staff serving so queues are always out the door, (not the staffs fault) I have tried visiting at different times of the day and it appears to always be the same. The staff are always helpful when served though, in particular a member of staff called josh who always is friendly and helpful, just a shame he?s always left on his own to serve everyone and customers are usually waiting on average 30 minutes at a time.

A friend of mine who is disabled had a nasty fall in Keynsham post office yesterday. Three other customers kindly helped her get up. However, the post office staff member refused to record this incident in the Accident Book. I was not with her but she was distressed still when I saw her not long after. The manager or area manager needs to be informed of this.

I found this post office so awful. Having been scammed I was looking for actual useful advice however all I got was josh telling me he still got paid!!

Two of my parcels had misprinted labels. One was sent unsigned for despite being charged for signed for postage + insurance and the other was sent signed for but as the labels were misprinted with the others postcodes, was not shown as delivered. Since then, I've been charged the wrong amount for postage twice by this same person. The second time I noticed (I was told postage would cost £5.44 for a signed large letter)I took the parcel to another post office and paid £2.93.Please check the prices you are charged when being served here.

Been using this PO for over 20 years. No gripes here. I'd rather use Royal Mail than shady MyHermes any day. Cool and friendly people working there.The Sci-Fi King of K-Town gives his approval.

We were in here for nearly two hours to sort out our renewals on our passports. We paid £16 for check and send but clearly the bloke didn?t have a clue as to what he was doing, because he never told me I needed a new counter signature on my pictures. All we got told was to fill out some forms and that was it, they didn?t even give us any black pens to fill it out with either. The waiting was horrendous and the other lady working there was pretty rude too. We won?t be going here again, instead we shall be using the Midsomer Norton branch as they seem to know what they?re doing.

Shocking and very expensive. Now you can't even talk to someone when you have a problem. I am waiting for an urgent medical device and it is still in the hub and you can't ring them to sort it.Do not use them. I will be requesting any company that sends parcels not to use them or I will go elsewhere.
