Kevin did an oil change for me today, it was just what I expect from a garage. Kevin explained how long the work would take, and resolved the oil warning light on the dashboard. They are also more reasonably priced compared to competitors, thanks Kwik Fit Keynsham and Kevin!

Booked an appointment online. It was rearranged due to staff illness. Arrived for the rearranged appointment, only to be told it wasn't in their diary. Utterly useless. Avoid this place.

Poor service. All booked and paid for, arrived at the appointment time only to be told there was an hour and half wait! No apology, on questioning told?. Thats the way it is!
Went back (as they had our money) only to be told we should have the wheel alignment done with new tyres? another £70?.. certainly will not be going back

Was told I had to replace my tyre with a nail in it when it wasnt on the outside, this could have been repaired but they chose to price up. Then continued to check other tyres and give a warning and added to the database that I needed to replace another tyre and tried to up sell another replacement. Was told there was no budget tyres available when it was one of the most common tyres. Again probably up selling. The tech there was came across as rude, was more interested in sitting in the office, waiting to consume his double mars bar on the counter. Even when I turned up they said they couldn?t fit me in until Monday morning but then all of a sudden decided they had time at 3pm. Very strange. When I was asked for my vehicle reg, I gave it and then proceeded to tell me it wasn?t the reg, so went outside himself to check, then realised he had misheard me, when he could have just clarified instead of trying to make me look stupid. The tech even needed to check the tyre pressure number in my car like he doesn?t do this all the time on standard vehicles? I definitely will not be returning.

I had a wheel alignment done as part of my service - unfortunately, it wasn't done correctly, but it was fixed really quickly as soon as I took my car back - very happy with the result now!

I had my MOT booked in three weeks before it was due to run out. The day before I had it booked in, they phoned me to tell me they had to cancel and so I rebooked for the next slot that I could do which was two weeks later. Again, the day before my appointment I had a call to say that they had to cancel my appointment. They had two entire weeks to let me know that this was the case, however they let me know the day before my MOT. This meant that my MOT then ran out before I could get another appointment anywhere. They caused me high levels of stress and poor customer service. So disappointing.

Came 2 hours early for an appointment due to being stranded. Ordered last night and sorted on a Sunday fantastic service, polite, and curtious machanics who seem to be happy to go the extra mile. 10 out 10
