Had tower meal, it was sat on hot shelve for over 5 mins had to ask for it, when got in car the fries were cold, the chicken was dry and stringy and hash brown was just soft and mushy. Not happy n won't go back again.

Ordered food in drive thru. Order partially fulfilled - chips missing.
Not able to refund unless I return to restaurant with food or offered a new meal the next day. I do not want a new meal. I wanted a refund and I am unable to return to the restaurant.

Stood there for ten mins, no acknowledgement to us at all. Wasnt busy..... only two other people behind us. One worker busy brushing the floor, one playing on phone and one person packing food! Was filthy in there as well! Vile!!!!

Had a fun chat with one of the staff members called lee, he was very nice and his service was amazing, can see my self going back just because of the staff. food was great too.
