The ventilation in the man's toilet upstairs is very poor for years, don't seems to have anyone oversees the operational adequacy.

I was helped on the computer and with a planning problem today by Timothy who was absolutely brilliant. He knew his stuff and was very efficient nothing was too much trouble, what a star. Thank goodness for people like him.
