Called into keynsham branch today to inquire about hiring scaffolding Tower,
One person said it went out this morning, the other said need an account,
Took 2 bits of ID, told to come in on day I require it and sort then.
I asked what if it is not available.
Told me got over 2000 metres so will be available.
So one said it's gone out that morning and another tells me got loads.
I got impression wasn't interested in providing me with what I required to be honest.

Staff in the yard are very rude and don?t want to help you apart from one young lad on the forklift who can?t do enough for you he?s a credit to the company! Can normally get everything you need from here or they can source it for you

I pulled up in Jewsons yard next to three older men in hi vis vests. They ignored me and carried on talking, then as they finished talking they all ignored my requests for assistance and walked away. Eventually a younger member of staff helped and was very courteous. One of the older men came over and ordered me, quite rudely, to move my car. I am a builder of 25 years standing and this is the worst customer experience in any builders yard I have visited.
