Loud Ibiza music which I don't want first thing in a morning. Moody manager who happily chats to some guys but can barely utter two words to others. Not professional in the slightest. Where is the area manager I wonder? No doubt 'working from home'.

Awful, rude staff.Went in with my son to get a slice of pizza. Staff member did not warn us the pizza was HOTTER THAN THE SUN and my son now has a scold on his handRadio also on full blast so can barely think n the shopSort yourselves out

Great little place, lots to choose from, unlike Parsons and so much cheaper. Staff are great, even under pressure, and prices are unbeatable. Shame it's not bigger because it would do so well in Keynsham if it had a large seating area.

Avoid! there?s another Greggs in longwell green which is much better. The staff here are vile I got called a brat because I was confused how to use the TooGoodToGo collection. I have never experienced such unprovoked harassment, really upsetting. Makes me sad for older people as they would also be confused and this kind of unprovoked aggression over simple questions is worrying.

Greggs are usually very good. But when I ordered from Greggs for the first time I received my drink with no hole to drink from.
