3 staff members behind the counter. One chewing gum. One just about acknowledge me to take my order.
Another member of staff had car keys in his hand and as far as I can tell didn't wash his hands before he handled food!!!!

Ordered 3 small pizzas. Vegi supreme, vegi volcano with no tomatoes but with sweetcorn instead, also one peparoni.
Got to my friends house to find that I had one vegi supreme with mostly just tomatoes, one peparoni with hard crust and peparoni unevenly placed, then finally the vegi volcano was a Hawian.
How can they get this so wrong? I normally use the Domino's in Midsomer Norton, it's hard to believe that this is the same company. Midsomer Norton are leagues above, in every way.

Appalling service being ignored isn?t the way to treat your paying customers. I came in lunchtime my pizza was nice a bit on the dry side but still enjoyed it. Please train your staff in customer service skills

I just ordered a pizza, some Chicken Kickers and twisted Chocolate dough balls, The Kickers were absolutely awful. Smells off and undercooked. The Chocolate in the desert didn't cover half of the dough balls and the rest were just covering the outer side of the box.
The smell of the Kickers put me off, so I am unable to eat my meal as I feel sick. It is unacceptable that they sell items that is putting in danger the health of customers.
I have ordered from this shop several times over the years, but from now onwards, I will never do it again. I won't pay money to get sick. Dissapointing!

The driver couldn?t find my address took over 30 mins to find. Lauren denied to give any help and suggested that I walk to the driver to get the food. Lauren hang up on me after she bragged about being a manager.

THE DRIEST pizza of all time!!! Ordered 2 pizzas with classic crusts. Instead got two pizzas that, to put it politely, tasted like cardboard. Put half of mine in the bin. Gutting.

Terrible place will never give my custom again until management is changed!!!This used to be a great store under previous managers but now it?s a shamblesHad orders deliver and was delivered stone cold. Late, and Missing part my order.My order said it was delivered and it hand to chased the store and ring several times to no one answering the phone. Was told it was out in delivery after I told them app said was different, they fobbed me off saying it was a tracker issue glitch.Finally my order well part of it was delivered.I spoke to the driver, and was told that the managers been checking drivers back in when they?re still out on older delivers just so she can meet her targets. And then rush out new orders in delivery, despite the fact they were in the store getting cold!It?s disgusting that the manager is prioritising targets at the expence of customers paying for this.Drivers doing best they can and the management is what?s crippling the customersManagers needs to be fired

Do not order delivery!! Ordered several pizzas a few weeks ago and it took 2 hours to arrive, predictably cold. If you can?t fulfil a service don?t advertise it. Called several times chasing it and was told I would get a full refund. No refund was made. You can?t run a business like this.

Rude and dismissive staff. Used to order from here often, however seriously reconsidering this.I ordered food for collection and came from a long shift at work.I've been stood at the counter for almost ten minutes. They know I'm here but have not even acknowledged me. Not even to say sorry we are running behind etc etc.Plain rude and uncalled for. Last 6months or so this place has really gone downhill. Would not recommend to anyone unless you want to wait a long long time for cold pizza that isn't worth paying for

Rubbish staff are slack and don't care much about there job seeing pizza is always well late or the order is wrong they all need sacking bunch of wasters
