Walked in from Somerdale area to get a breath of fresh air on Boxing Day with four adults, a 4 year old and a 4 week old. Selection of cakes etc a little lacking due to holidays, but what we had was excellent and coffees very well made.

Nice coffee shop. The newbie in tjere has no customer service skills at all. No hello thankyou or goodbye. She was just stood there breathing down my neck while my child decided what she wanted
The whole time we were there she was more interested in her phone then serving customers

Was okay and in honesty what you would expect from a homogenised product. Biscuits are very over priced. Find a local, non-chain for a better, more individual experience.

Visited this store yesterday & had to use the baby changing /toilet room downstairs. And was most disgusted to find well not to find any nappy bin to dispose of my grand daughters nappy not even a sanitary bin or usual waste bin !!! When I asked the assistant I was told to use the bin in the high street !!!

Lovely coffee shop Lovely staff.My only complaint is the toilet was out if order .As a disabled person I need to the toilet ,and think it's really poor not too have a working toilet .

Friendly staff though often on their phones when customers are stood waiting to be served and the card machine and costa card machine is "down" regularly which means cash payments only and customers unable to gain points on their costa app.

I love this place whenever I visit Keynsham I came to drink a cuppa ?? of Latte here .It?s make me so happy .. Good and friendly staff who is very nice ? at there work I appreciate there work I think they feel it?s there home work .Lovely good job .Kid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes they have .

Love this costa in Keynsham. Great staff always welcoming and ready to get my coffee made. Lovely clean seating, great choice of food and the naughty cakes. Great place ??

Love this place, warm friendly, manager amazing and cannot do enough for you, service was 1st class, wasn't going to go in..but manager welcomed me and advised me to go upstairs where I could work in a quiet environment..big company's need to remember people make the difference. If it wasn't for the manager there I would not have gone in or bought anything.. I will visit regularly now because of him and will work out of this space, even though other Costa closer..even brought me water as I was leaving....cannot recommend highly enough..A×..you have a good one there ?
