Used several times, but really...was always a bit unsure about hygiene. And how long nails last. This time, within 3 days I have lost 3 nails which have pinged off as not properly finished off at cuticle end of nail. Also heard the arguing with someone with similar problem who ended up paying again! Won't be back and need new local nail salon if anyone can recommend?!!

DISCUSSINGi went in there asked for french tips really not a hard design whilst they were filing my nails, I thought my nails were going to fall off. The pain was so bad I was nearly sick. It?s stank in there, wouldnt want my worst enemy to get their nails done there. I do not recommend £35 down the drain absolutely revolting

Absolutely atrocious! Went in with sister in law this evening, the shop was pretty empty, so there was no need for them to rush. Most of the designs I asked for they said couldn't do.... the shape an filing of the nails are just terrible, I asked for gel and they started putting on acrylic. Every nail has a massive difference in level of thickness and the gel top coat is aweful, lumpy an bumpy, an even some missing in places. Upon looking when I got home, I also noticed most of the tips are not even glued down to the nails! Each time I asked the man to correct a mistake, he kept muttering in Chinese, but was not talking to anyome else nor me, which i though was odd, made me feel uncomfortable and felt was also rude. I did not want to pay to say the least, but also couldn't be bothered to argue either. I just wanted to get out of there, get home, and fix these pathetic things. In all honesty a 5 year old kid could of done a better done, absolute waste of money and just makes me regret bothering in the first place. Avoid this place like the plague!!!!!!

NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!Went here cuz my daughter had hers done 4 her holiday they looked really nice so as I had promised my other daughter that'd I'd take her at Xmas to get hers done I came here I wish I could put pictures up my daughters were done lovely mine on the other hand were terrible I asked for French tips on squares long nails 3 of them look like duck nails they aren't painted properly u can see through the white there all bubbly n rough the top coat got bubbles in he messed up the design I wanted didn't use the colour I wanted n then after paying £50 cash for mine and my daughters (which were really short cuz she's 11) tried saying I had to pay another 48 on top of the £50 I said I was not happy with them n so was told don't worry then .......I wasn't worrying I was fuming I do nails myself but my daughter wanted the experience her older sisters had in a salon with me at Xmas.im taking all the varnish off 2moz n I'm redoing it myself ) so don't bother save ur money n go somewhere else cuz u will just leave here angry upset n lots of money out of pocket!!

Went here for the first time & can honestly say I won't be returning. Had my old acrylic nails removed & a new set done, I had a photo of the design I wanted which was a French manicure with a flame on it & both done in light & a darker pink. The finished look was not good, the flame looked awful & there were bubbles in the top coat, I left the shop not very impressed & couldn't complain due to us speaking 2 different languages. Then to top it off 1 nail snapped 2 days later, I now have to get them redone again & have wasted £40

Horrible and rude staff - acrylic nails are different sizes and the acrylic application is bumpy. I asked to have some of them buffed out and got shouted at. I then got charged £10 as in inconvenience fee for the additional buffing of the 3 nails which they would not let me leave without paying! Would never go back. Very hurried ..overcharged me as didn?t even have any varnish on murky acrylics & cost me £32 !!!! Chap was banging nails out & wont be back ?
