The delivery took way longer than expected, and there was absolutely no communication or updates throughout the process. I had no idea where my order was or when it would arrive. For the price and the wait, it's just not worth it. I won?t be buying from here again and wouldn?t recommend it to others either.

Like other recent reviews, I placed an order for an item that said 2-3 days delivery and by day 4 I had to email to ask what was going on. I was told they?d over-sold and had no stock so it would be about another week. The communication was excellent from this point and it was sent next day delivery when the stock arrived. I also had an issue with it being damaged that was resolved immediately. The customer service has been 5* but if you?re in a rush for something, it?d be best to ask if they have it in stock before ordering.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
I ordered a car seat on the 30th April that was advertised as delivery within 7-10 working days. Around working day 8 I had still received no dispatch email so decided to contact them. To which I was told it was up to 10 working days. So I waited the extra 2 days and nothing. So I emailed again. The lady said she would check with the stockist and get back to me. The next day she replies saying they?re not getting it back in stock until the 24th April!! However if you go on their site it still advertises delivery as 7-10 days. I just don?t understand why they are showing thing as in stock if they clearly have to wait for their ?stockists? to send them the products? Just display the item as out of stock instead?

We ordered a baby car seat and base after reading mixed reviews about delivery issues. Initially hesitant, we decided to proceed due to the unbeatable price compared to other retailers. Placed the order on 12/02/2025 at midnight, and it arrived via DPD on 19/02/2025. Everything was perfectly packaged, and the products were exactly as described. No issues whatsoever. Highly recommend! 5 stars from us. Thank you!

Placed an order for a car seat on the 30/11/24. Order stated it would be available in 7-10 working days. Today is 14/12/24 so we have now passed this time and, nothing.
I have emailed the company and called numerous times this morning to find out where this car seat is and to perhaps cancel the order so I can get a car seat sooner. But, nothing. The person on extension 70036167 is unavailable. Can anyone please tell me where my order actually is and when I shall receive it??
In response to your reply, I emailed Thursday and received nothing on Friday in response to this. Also your phone lines state that you are open Mon to Sat.
Today is the 30.12.24, a month on from first ordering the car seat. Still nothing and no real explanation as to why this has so far taken a month to get. Absolutely ridiculous. ?

ordered a carseat and base bundle 15 days ago on a 10 day delivery service. rang a week ago and was told it was being sent direct by maxi. now I can't get hold of them by phone, email or Facebook. very disappointing. will be contacting my credit card company to chase a refund.

Delivery is very slow. Website says delivery takes 7-10 working days however we are still waiting for our delivery and it?s been over two weeks. No email has been sent with an update regarding why there is such a delay you seem to be forever chasing them.

Bad experience, they do not deliver on time, not really sure if they will deliver yet. They delete costumer bad comments on their social media and blame the supplier of the product for any problem or delay.

I purchased from this website after seeing the great reviews, little did I know that it would be extremely difficult getting a refund, I bought a maxi-cosi isofix family fix2 which did not light up or make any noise as the battery holder compartment was completely missing. I queried this with customer service and they told me that it?s not supposed to light up or make noise, trying to fob me off and insulting me in the process, they said it would cost me £18 to return it. The item is clearly faulty as the indicator lights and audible noise are an integral feature of this product, I?ve sent more pictures via email of the book and the isofix showing where the lights are suppose to light up. I Just want to return this item at no cost to me for a full refund as its blatantly faulty. Avoid this place if you don?t want hassle, and if you do buy, purchase via paypal so they can resolve any issues if the company try to fob you off. Order number - BM1614

I was skeptical using a website I hadn?t heard of but went on the reviews and so glad I did! I got the Highchair I wanted at the cheapest price I had seen anywhere! And couldn?t believe how quick the delivery was! Thankyou baby mart I will definitely be using you in the future!
