I really wanted to have a great experience with Baby & Co, especially as they present themselves as a friendly, independent alternative to larger retailers. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and ongoing misinformation has made this a frustrating and disappointing process.
I placed an order for a travel system on June 16th, which had a stated lead time of 14 days. As of July 13th, I?m still waiting for part of the order to arrive ? with no proactive updates from the company.
The main travel system arrived late, and the delay was only communicated after I chased them for an update. I had even asked in advance if the order was still on track, and was reassured it was. Just a few days later ? well beyond the 14-day window ? I was suddenly told it wasn?t arriving. It?s unclear what changed so abruptly in that short time, and it?s concerning that this wasn?t communicated sooner.
I completely understand that stock and supplier issues can cause delays, but what?s most disappointing is the lack of transparency and the fact that I?ve had to chase for every single update. I really hope the remaining part of my order arrives soon ? ideally without another long wait.

I had a good experience in store and was told that the £1100 pram and car seat bundle I paid for would arrive within 2 weeks. I contacted Baby & Co. after 2 weeks passed and was told it would be minimum 6 weeks and no guaranteed delivery date was given. I cancelled my order and waited 10 days for a refund. I still see the bundle advertised as 2 weeks delivery online - dishonest and I have the feeling that if I hadn?t asked for an update on delivery they wouldn?t have bothered contacting me.

Couldn?t fault the service we received, on a very busy Saturday we couldn?t have asked for a more helpful and attentive sales assistant. She was incredibly knowledgeable, listened to what we liked and didn?t like and helped us narrow down our options showing us pros and cons so we could make a fully informed decision. After the excellent service we received we came back the following weekend to place the order. Will be recommending and using again.

While the Cybex bundle is great quality, the overall process was overwhelming. Delivery took 7 weeks instead of the promised 2?3, and we had to call and email multiple times to get updates. Overall, we?re not satisfied with the service.

Super impressed with the customer support at Baby&Co. We ordered a travel system online which was amazing value in their sale. It said available in 9-12 working days for delivery, I contacted customer service after 5 working days and Debbie could not have been more helpful! She went out of her way to help us which was really reassuring during a stressful time. Their delivery process is also amazingly efficient. 10 / 10!

Went into this store with my wife , firstly, they were busy which was great, there were seemingly 4 staff working, after about 10/15 mins of walking aimlessly round the store my wife and I were dissapointed we hadn't been acknowledged, not even a smile from a member of staff or a 'we will be with you when we can' just completely ignored, we were keen to use a local business and unfortunately took our business elsewhere

We ordered a pram bundle with a delivery time of 7 to 10 days.12 days passed emailed and told another 10 days as out of stock . Baby has been born and we now have no pram or car seat.Purchased a cheap pram and car seat while awaiting delivery.Then told another 10 days we complained to them and had our order canceled for no reason.

Not a happy bunny , i purchased a eight piece Mama and Papa. pram set for my daughter, in time for her baby , after a long delay in Receiving it etc, OK we got it , week before baby came gave it to her lovely ,,,,
Three weeks after , the pram became faulty, wouldn't fold up , I got in contact with babt&Co, asked for a new one , as this one must be Faulty, oh no !!! We will mend it !! I said after 3 weeks it brakedown, and a new born baby with no pram ,, I will take 2 weeks and we will get it back to you ,,really,,, then they lost the parcel,,, then found it ,, Eventually sent it back ,, and it is still not right, after sending best part of a £1000 I think this is Disgraceful service, there was no Remorse or care for my Daughter which has to carry poor baby everywhere, because they couldn't lend / send a new one out , after 3 weeks of use ,, bad form baby&Co,

Absolutely great customer service. I honestly couldn?t recommend Baby&Co more for buying a car seat. We went in with quite specific needs/constraints and Jeff was not only able to recommend a seat that fit our needs, but also helped us test it in our car and went above and beyond.
