“Nina - has worked tirelessly to keep the Post Office and especially the shop stocked and open for the residents of Horton throughout the pandemic. In my opinion very village should have the the benefit of a "Nina" and her shop on their doorstep. The amount of work she has done has been recognised by the Parish Council in a number of ways, now including a "Blue Plaque " as a permanent recognition of her efforts.”
