I went into Ilminster Branch today to make a complaint.
The Cashier I spoke to was extremely understanding and apologetic and assured me that she
would look into the matter for me.
She also gave me accurate alternative solutions to my problem which made me even happier.
I would like to say a BIG thank you Natalie Saul for your kind help and sending me away a happy
customer.
