I visited the Highbridge branch today, on behalf of my husband. I had a list of things I needed. The 2 members of staff working today were helpful, polite and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to help with my purchases to the van. Tool station, you are very lucky to have such lovely staff.

Ordered online in the night and was emailed that it was ready for pick up shortly after the store opened. Ample parking, a nice tidy storefront with very friendly staff. Was served very quickly. In all a pleasant experience.

New store, the service was EXCELLENT! I had no problems with my order, or the collection, and very fast service. The staff were welcoming and very knowable on the products especially Alec on the counter who made me feel comfortable when I was asking silly questions, a great staff member. It is great to see a new team working so well together. Previous negative review has no relevance to how this new store is being run. I will be using this branch a lot with my electrical business and will recommend to other tradespeople. Thank you.
