I only stayed here for one night, the staff was extremely helpful and polite, especially the young lady called Emily she was very accommodating and well mannered and recommended lovely spots for food. They had a tv in my room, kettle and the hotel was at a great location. A big shoutout to Sarah as well, truly was amazing customer service by both of the staff members.

Great location, 15-20 minutes walk into town. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and there is free parking.

Very convenient location if spending time in Glastonbury, only £37 for night was good value. Staff on reception were lovely and chatty. Next to a big tesco and some fast food chains. Bathroom was clean enough but bit shabby. Bed comfy and had a good nights sleep. Dog friendly budget hotel makes it somewhere I?d return to.

Stayed here on a business trip as we have a dog and it was short notice. Room ok, windowsill very worse for wear (varnish flaking away, splintery wood) , some marks and stains in the bath, stain on bedsheet too. Mattress quite hard and creaky. Room looked out onto very nearby shell petrol station with VERY bright lights on throughout the night, and blackout blinds / curtains were not provided, so sleep was difficult. Lighting a little dated and took a while to come on, shower pressure poor. Useful for takeaways / groceries as room was above KFC (which I don?t recommend), dominos and a subway, as well as a Tesco and Costa being just across the road.

Mold in the bathroom. Worst travellodge I've stayed in. Great staff shocking hotel.

Exterior noise was, well, really noisy. Worst Travelodge for noise I?ve stayed in. And to top it all a refuse lorry turned up at 5.45 making a racket emptying bins. So a sleepless night!

I feel bad for marking it down due to lack of air conditioning given I visited during a heat wave but it will be more and more important as time goes on. Breakfast is dull, rooms are big, they did leave a fan on in the room to keep the air moving. It?s good for a cheap room.
