We highly recommend this!!!We stayed at Tor's beautiful home. The place is just adorable and Tor and his wife are wonderful hosts!!The breakfast is great and you get the best pancakes in town. :-)The tour itself was very informative and we learned a lot about the mystical places and the rich history of glastonbury.Just ask Tor anything - he knows so much about this place!Just try it - you won't regret it!!!

I have recently had a day tour with Tor and Nettle to Stonehenge and Avebury. The weather was wild, which seemed to add to the amazing energy of the day. What an incredibly knowledgeable man. I am so lucky to have booked this day with him. If you're looking for a tour of ancient sites and an amazing amount of information to go with it - Tor is certainly your guide. Thanks Tor.

Better than expected! This 8 day tour of the sacred places of England was really a great enrichment for me and very valuable! Thank you Tor for that! For your knowledge, your commitment, for the many special places you showed me and also for the wonderful people I met through you! I have traveled to many sacred places and this tour makes me even more curious for more! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! It opened a new world for me that I can't wait to explore more.

I had an amazing tour to Tintagel to see Merlin's cave and St Nectan's glen. Tor is professional and very knowledgeable, making the trip a wonderful experience. Many thanks to him and to his beautiful dog Nettle who inspired my pooch who prefers cafes and shopping, to clamber over rocks and explore waterfalls. She had the time of her life too.Service: Group tours

This is an incredible tour of an incredible area. Magical glastonbury Tintagel and dartmoor were all incredible, made even more so by the knowledge, and expert guidance of Michael Tyack. He made it all come alive..with his special brand of sprit and adventure. He is a great asset to tors tours. The missing star is for two reasons. One is communication or lack of, the other is the weird ? no accomodation? part of the tour.it is unheard of that its not included in the price as how is a customer expected to book their own accomodation if they have no idea of the area visited?? Putting it on ur website is fine but its a ridiculous thing to exclude on any multiday tour. Its the only downside to an otherwise great tour.

Tried contacting Tor to arrange a guided tour/s of the sacred sites of the southwest for myself and 17 visiting friends from the US. E-mails remained unanswered, messages and all other means of contact were ignored. I even went so far as to send a FR on facebook to try and arrange times and dates before it was too late, but the FR was ignored and ruled as spam (obviously by Tor himself). Obviously not interested in "Spreading the Love" or the revenue he might have brought in by being civil in so many ways.

Went on a really delightful day trip to Stonehenge and Avebury with Michael as our guide. He was very knowledgeable and fun. It was so nice to visit these ancient spiritual places alongside a person who understands.

Our choice of an individualized tour with Tor was perfect.WE didn't have a tone of time so personalized & molded the time in Scotland according to our families heritage. The family group was 40 + & 70+ years old ( with some limitation) & he made it work. Then there was the rain..so he added in some great pubs. Found lovely B & Bs.Tor was knowledgeable, resourceful, responsible & lots of fun....continually looking out for my husband and I as people..not just clients. Couldn't have asked for more.

After finishing two weeks of training in England, I booked a two-day tour with Tor. He made me feel like part of his family. I happened to be there during Winter Solstice, and he invited me to join his family and friends for celebration and reflection. Thank you, Tor! It meant a lot to me to be included. Throughout my two days with Tor, he was always attentive to my needs, a real gentleman, and a true pleasure to be with. This is no "canned" tour. He is so knowledgable and well spoken. I also stayed at his B&B (Moon in the Apple Tree), which was warm and cozy after a cold, rainy day. I kept thinking of so many people I knew back in America that would love Glastonbury and going on Tor's tour. I hope to come back with my sons so they can see this most mystical place in England and to meet Tor!

The Tor is a truly magical place. I had been to the top and not really felt anything and on the way down I was drawn to sit in a particular spot. There was a spirit like a flame on a blade of grass and I chose to follow it. One of those moments where you just follow and listen! Can't explain it.I did and I was transported to an emerald pool with slates around it. Beautiful, there was a seal in it and it bobbed up and down and it played and it ducked and it dived and it had such fun. And then a beautiful, dark haired, small lady sat upon the slate beside the pool and we talked for a while. Her advice to me was to let the old way go and to follow the dreams I had for educating people. I am still there and am still striving to reach the people in the world who need to understand - this was a truly inspirational moment and will live me for a long, long time......
