The Royal mail is the worst service known to man. All other companies seem to get parcels delivered. And only opening between 8am and 10am shows they don't care about customers. Shameful

Waited almost 1 hour on the phone after a parcel was lost this happened because the click and drop postman slapped the wrong labels on the items One being a brand new expensive laptop even though i put a notice on my front door in very large writing and each parcel already had the correct label address I ticked the box on the online form for them to bring a label basically because i thought it would look nicer and professional Now i have no idea where the laptop is My other customer got another item not her laptop so i have lost a sale so its back to going to the post office now even though their prices are extortionate compared to click and collect etc and finally change my Postal Service I do have a brand new printer here but i just cant get it to work and the printer ink is very expensive to buyWe rely on a good service in this country and i have the utmost respect for the Postmen who have to do their job on chav estates never knowing if a wild dog or teenager is going to attack...but if you have a business to run where customers do not want to pay £8 for Special Delivery what is the point ???

The staff at this depot are the most helpful wonderful people I have ever met in logistics since starting my business. As a small business owner you often feel like people only want to help once you supersede 200 orders a month.This year my goal is to hit 500,000 in the next 12 months and all of my business will be going through Teresa and Monica going forward.Teresa, Monica and the man in the yard have been a life line for me this week and I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and support. Especially as I had been let down by other delivery partners? they stepped in at the very last minute and went the extra mile to help me even though they didn?t have to and that meant the world ?As my business grows I will continue to use this depot safe on the knowledge they care about the work they do and appreciate how important their role is in enabling businesses to service their customers professionally ?Thank you sooooooooo much!!!!

why have they changed the opening times? I work full time (unlike this useless lot) I have had a parcel delivered they left me a note i thought safe ill ask a mate to pick it up. But because my post is delivered at 12;30 i cant do this cause these lot are already shut. can only imagine its because of staff cuts due to automation.

Not only do they prefer to not work but won?t accept a verified app for identification, even with the parcel card they left. It?s 2022 and they won?t accept digital ID, complete waste of time

The staff are great ( the stars are for them) but the Company-reduced opening hours are a huge disappointment. For pensioners who cannot use their bus pass before 9.30 it seems really unhelpful and creates queues. in fact all Royal Mail services seem worse since privatisation - I had Christmas cards arriving in January even though posted on the 10th of December.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They have reduced the opening hours to just mornings but this was a central decision which local staff actually tried to get changed for Glastonbury.

Efficient staff, always happy to help.how they can. Very small collection office though, so at busy times it gets very cramped and cosy!!
