Myself,my daughter and her friend had a lovely stay here. This was our second time here.First off the all the staff were amazing so friendly and helpful especially Matthew, the duty manager who was so happy to help with any request.The girls had a twin room that was very clean and comfortable. I had one of the upgraded rooms that was very nice, really clean and modern, I had a lovely view of a field with long horn cows in it and even the tor was in the background, despite being on the road side the traffic noise was minimal. I don?t have anything negative to say about this Premier inn it was very good indeed.Thank you.

The hotel seems to be showing signs of age. The caravans parked in the road outside the hotel don't enhance the atmosphere.

Disgusting entrance, cigarettes all over ground and Brewers fayre sign on ground Noisy air con As liinked to Brewers Fayre I must mention that the tables were so sticky at breakfast - 0730 - so not after a full mornings breakfast service The toast came out partially cremated . Definetly my worst experience of staying at and eating at Premier Inn

Stayed a couple of weeks ago on buisness, registered numberplate on horizon machine, 2 weeks pass and I get a fine for parking in the car park, no one at premier inn wants to get involved or even know how to appeal, disgusting service when staying in the hotel, dining etc, be careful when staying here as there?s clearly a problem with the machine linking with horizon parking

Room comfy, great facilities and cool in the mini heat wave this week (love the shower/hand wash options)
We opted for a meal deal for this short 1 night stay and again we made the right decision. Good food, staff and easy location. Overall a great relaxing night after a long drive.

Lovely Premier Inn. First time in a Premier Plus room - impressed. Worth the extra cost. Very good Brewers Fayre next to it, the best we've been too, staff great.

We always stay in Premier Inn and we travel a lot. This hotel is the best one in the chain. We booked Premier Inn Plus room 220 for 4 nights. The room was perfectly clean, we had no problems with the aircon, etc. We received an absolutely faultless service there. Well done Premier Inn!

It was ok. Going by all the advertisements I expected more but it had a bed, although very firm, and a shower. OK.
