“Always polite, friendly, helpful staff, nothing is too much bother for them, had to contend with a lot of rude, worried, scared people during lock down & always were professional and at times reassuring to the public, glastonbury isn't the easiest place to live & work, I've nothing but the utmost respect for the staff there.”

“The staff are very friendly and it's great having a service outside the hours of a conventional pharmacy. It's a REAL pain trying to park in Glastonbury High Street with its limited parking and normally having to risk all for a parking ticket, as there are insufficient parking spaces and I'm forced to park outside of a parking bay! Tesco also give you free parking. WIN, WIN for me...I received an injury last year and they were very attentive, often asking me how I was when I passed their desk whilst shopping. They even remember my name, which is GREAT customer service in my opinion.They automatically order my prescriptions and send me a text when they are ready for collection.What's not to like...”

“I gave them 5 stars in comparison to Boots because Knights act like a Chemist instead of a "Nosy want to know everything Chemist" who never have your script ready and always blame the doctors for their mistakes.Knights are the best Chemist in Glastonbury not including Tesco's Pharmacy who are above them all. Trust me I know, unfortunately I've had to use Chemists all my life and Boots is a Last resort, go to Knights if you can't get to Tescos. However Stay healthy and avoid all 3 if you can. The best pharmacist is one who points you towards a natural remedy.”
