They have completely changed the layout of the shop, installed a new computer system and have extra staff. I’ve tried driving to Street and Wells to collect medication from other chemists who are also affected by these closures. None of them have made preparations for the change. Knights are by far the most efficient and have dealt with the sudden influx of patients who normally use Boots or Tescos far better than anywhere else. Staff continue to be courteous, efficient and helpful. Something to note is the chemist now stocks very few over the counter items and focuses on dispensing prescriptions. If you need throat lozenges or sticking plaster, go to Morrisons.”
