I visited Natural Roots for the first time today and was delighted with the experience. The staff were warm and friendly and listened to how I wanted my hair. I was really pleased with the results. The hair colour doesn't have any awful smell and is very natural looking and Sophie gave enormous attention to cutting my hair. A really lovely morning.

Thank you so much to Lucy who cut and coloured my hair a few months ago. I?ve been meaning to leave a review for a while. She was just wonderful at explaining the process and getting the perfect match for a full head of highlights. I left feeling totally refreshed after almost 2 years of not colouring my hair and having a trim it felt so much better!I?ve booked again and will continue to use the salon even though it?s not that local to me it?s worth the trip.Five stars ??Services: Hairstyling

After searching online for a local reasonably priced hairdresser. I was was pleased to find an environmentally conscious salon using organic products. Lizzie was professional and polite. Proving the number of years of experience isn?t everything. If you?ve got it, you?ve got it. Care and love that you do. Loved the vintage fireplaces and retro lightening.

Always get exactly what I want even though I'm terrible at explaining what I want. Love that they use natural products too. Always a treat to come in and hope to be back soon.

Had my hair trimmed and coloured yesterday by Lizzie - after a few botched home-dye jobs, and cutting my own hair over the bathroom sink, I had a broad band of darker hair where I'd left the dye in too long, straggly ends and a not-very-flattering pudding-bowl fringe! The best I was hoping for was maybe a bit-less-bad, but Lizzie somehow worked a miracle, shaped my fringe so that it frames and flatters my face, trimmed the back so that it swings jauntily when I move my head, and the colour is AMAZING! It's now a gorgeous rich brown all over, with darker tones here and there. I don't know how she managed it (personally, I suspect witchcraft!) but I'd have happily paid twice as much for the careful work she put in to rescue my hair. When you've got a bad haircut (even if it's your own doing!) you lose a little bit of your self-confidence - I came out of the salon feeling ten foot high, and swishing my hair. She even took the time to put some sparkles in, just to add the finishing touch. Thank you thank you thank you!! Pauline ?Services: Bang trim
