??????????I was a bit skeptical of this dominos due to the comments but the pizza was great, was ready super quick and every single staff member give me a big smile when I walked in, if your put off by the reviews don?t be it was a nice normal dominos.

Avoid. Avoid. AVOID.
As I type this I've just been left on the phone for 10+ mins, after being told our order had already been delivered and they're checking with the delivery driver. 1hr 40min and counting, nothing received. Almost 1hr since the latest estimated delivery time.
UPDATE: After 12 min they hung up on me. Just rang back and told the driver couldn't find the house (despite very clear instructions & being on a main road) and it will be an extra 25mins (over 2hr total), which I struggle to believe.
Astoundingly dreadful service and customer service. Still worried about the food, should it ever arrive.

This has to be the worst dominos I've been to. I ordered online to pick up there was no one on the counter and the pizzas were just being piled up on a shelf whilst customers were waiting. When I did finally get them they were cold and not on a pizza base but a tortilla flat bread. They then have a big sign saying no refunds contact customer service.

Used to order from here for delivery they got funny about us ordering from Uber said would take one hour. They rather order from Thier own app. Didn't like Thier attitude on phone. Refused the food and got the money back from Uber at first Uber didn't want to do the refund but second time round they accepted to give refund back. Shame we would like a pizza that's reasonable.

Absolutely rubbish really. Ludicrously expensive and when you go to collect they?re missing most of the order. Getting orders right seems to me a vital part of what a takeaway shop does!!!

Just a little note: YOU WILL NEED TO BE PATIENT!!! ? especially on a Saturday night. I?m sitting here now waiting for a pizza; they are, quite literally, run off their feet and are working hard!!! Lots of big orders (200+ pizzas) come from local boarding schools on a Saturday night. But service is friendly and cheerful. Thank you!

Arrived 5 minutes after we received a notification that the order was ready to collect. Waited 5 minutes for a staff member to stop talking to their mates and come serve us just to find out they don?t speak a word of English or pretended not to. When we got someone who did, we found out they only cooked one pizza and ?forgot? the other pizza and 2x sides. 20 minutes later someone walks out the back office with our other pizza and sides, nowhere near the ovens or even where the other finished pizzas are stored and we received our entire order stone cold and the staff refused to partially refund or even listen to our complaint
