WASTED MY TIME!I would give 0 stars if possible.I had some communication with an employee through email, I only required 2 boxes of LVT, we confirmed all the details for the order, then I asked how long would it take to get into the shop for me to collect, and I never had a response.I had to go 2 hours out of my way to another store, who BTW was cheaper.Even though this shop is local to me, I will not be using again.

Mike and Sally were fantastic at answering any questions we had and had time for us. The job carried out by Mike & a colleague was fantastic, quality of fitting, carpet and the underlay used can?t be faulted. I just wish we had done it sooner!

I needed carpets in a hurry after finding the carpets in my new house were much worse than I thought. Bancroft had the perfect carpet in stock and managed to fit it at short notice and fit it really well. Absolutely excellent, there's a reason they've got a great reputation.
