That big lad with the eyebrow piercing you've got working in here is incredibly rude and off-putting - especially when dealing with older customers. Literally all your other staff are lovely though!

Outrageous. As a regular customer of Aldi I have always had great service aswell as friendly staff encounters. However upon this occasion I had visited the Aldi in GLASTONBURY, yet I have never had such a horrific engagement with the majority of all the staff working on Saturday 18th around 9:30pm. I simply tried to make a purchase of a couple items, including a bottle of wine. My companion and I received verbal abuse and their demeanor was aggressive. The staffs behaviour was extremely stereotypical as we had felt targeted and belittled. Not only had we agreed to show our ID's multiple times they had persistently refused to accept to acknowledge them!However i was most mortified when i had become aware that the same 'Aldi Manager' had identified herself.She had unprofessionally introduced herself not wearing work clothes, she had also loudly shouted at us in front of multiple customers making us feel totally embarrassed. This had been a disgraceful experience and has made me have a completely different look upon Aldi.Not only do I believe that the 'Female Manager' should have a immediate investigation underviewed as should her staff!As I personally believe the results of her actions consequently influences her staff on how to mistreat customer aswell as profile customers.Appalling.

I was approached as if I'd robbed the Grande Casino vault in Aldi today. Btw I stole nothing ...Thanks for the other people in the line stood up for the injustice and simple minded reaction with zero care for the actual situation. Them making a honest person look bad again... I'll admit years ago I did steal a pack ov chewies or sandwich but geeeez

Usual Aldi store with polite and friendly staff.Don't buy the Maasdam processed cheese, it's horrible, believe me.Good parking.
